| The kitchen in this 1970's split-level was very small and lacked adequate working surfaces and storage. The homeowners decided to add a new kitchen addition off the back of the house and renovate the existing kitchen/dining area into a formal dining room. They wanted an open floor plan that would flow seamlessly with the existing space. |
